If you’re planning to rent a Jet Ski or Boat at CapeJetSki and you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must comply with Florida’s boating safety regulations.

If you don’t already have a Boater’s Safety Education Identification Card, you can easily obtain a temporary boating license. This takes about 10 minutes and is valid for 90 days.

To get your Florida Temporary Boating Certificate, simply take an online exam consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions. You need to answer at least 19 questions correctly to pass. The test covers essential safety rules and regulations for operating a vessel in Florida waters.
